After more than 600 hours of research, analysis, discussion, debate, and editing, the Rocky Mountain Public Banking Institute together with the Colorado Public Banking Coalition (CPBC) steering committee have completed the Draft Bill to Authorize Local Public Banks!
We are now launching our 2023 Campaign for this unique and innovative legislation to be introduced into the State Legislature for the either the 2023 or 2024 legislative session!
